Parc Point Tengah: New Supermarket, Food Court & Wellness Trail Coming in 2026 (2026)

Tengah’s next neighborhood hub will bring a full spectrum of conveniences, including a supermarket, a food court, and a wellness trail, shaping a more connected and livable town for residents. But here’s where it gets interesting: Parc Point, Tengah’s second neighborhood centre, is slated to open in the first quarter of 2026, with a mix of retail, dining, and wellness options expanding in phases.

Among the initial tenants are a FairPrice supermarket and a Gourmet Paradise food court, with additional outlets to follow. The development will also offer a wellness trail, as confirmed by the Housing and Development Board (HDB) on Saturday, December 6.

Spanning 16,000 square meters, Parc Point sits alongside the Parc Residences @ Tengah BTO project and marks the second neighbourhood hub after Plantation Plaza. The centre will host a new polyclinic and more than 40 shops, delivering a balanced mix of shopping and dining experiences. A 190-meter-long sheltered retail street will feature an education centre and a Residents’ Network Centre, while also linking Parc Point to three residential blocks in the adjacent BTO project.

Residents previously voiced concerns about the estate’s lack of amenities and accessibility during ongoing development. In response, Prime Minister Lawrence Wong emphasized in March that Tengah’s development remains active, with exciting projects on the horizon to boost connectivity and facilities in the coming years.

HDB describes Parc Point as a venue that blends retail and community spaces with the vibrant, active benefits of a park setting. Visitors will encounter a network of stairways that complement main escalators, encouraging movement as they ascend to upper floors and the roof garden.

WELLNESS TRAIL

The design weaves Parc Point and Parc Residences @ Tengah into a connected wellness corridor that links the roof garden to a network of sky terraces on the eighth storey of Tengah’s residential blocks. These terraces will function as lookout points and leisure spaces, offering expansive views of the estate and its greenery, with seating and, in some locations, fitness stations.

A 1.5-kilometer path, called The Rainforest Walk, meanders along the ground floor of Parc Residences @ Tengah and Parc Clover @ Tengah. It will feature habitat zones like a bird sanctuary, butterfly garden, and thematic playgrounds.

The trail also connects to Parc Residences @ Tengah’s multi-storey car park, which hosts a rooftop garden, additional thematic playgrounds, fitness stations, and a 225-meter running track.

As Tengah Town progresses with further development, more amenities and infrastructure are planned to roll out for residents. To date, about half of the roughly 30,000 homes planned for Tengah have been completed. By the end of November, eight preschools were already operating, with six more preschools and Pioneer Primary School — Tengah’s first primary school — expected to begin in the first quarter of 2026.

Looking ahead, residents can anticipate further additions such as Tengah Town Centre, Central Park, and the Jurong Region Line in the coming years, expanding opportunities for work, education, and recreation within the new town.”}
